WITHDRAWAL POLICY

All registrations are non-transferable.

Registrations are non-refundable after the specified cancellation dates outlined below.

50% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, December 31 2023. After this date, without exception no refunds will be provided.

*All Processing fees are non-refundable.

Athletes who wish to withdraw must do so in writing by emailing admin@wa.triathlon.org.au.

It is the athletes’ responsibility to ensure that their email has been received, if you do not receive a response from the us within 7 days of your request then it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us by phone on (08) 94439778
